Destroy every thing

Hi all pit lovers.I hav a probblem with my pit.She keeps bitting the stuff outside.If the children forgot their shoes outside the next day it's in picses.Every thing outside she bites,hosepipe,plastic stuff,anything that she get's she bites.What can i do to make her stop.I luv her very much and don't wanna let her go so plz help.I'm getting so mad at her but love her to much to give her away.Plz help,help,help

She is now about 1jr and 4 months old.

The joys of having a terrier

Hi there

Oh the joys of having a terrier. If they unhappy they will destroy to get your attention. I am not sure if you excersize her but seems like she is bored and needs a job. Always remeber you own a working breed, they need a job to do else they have all this energy that they don't know how to get rid of, and her way is to bite whatever she can find. My suggestion to you is buy her a kong, it is a GREAT toy and vertually inderstructable. Put some peanut butter or banana inside the kong and that will keep her busy for hours. Also to excersize her that is fun for the whole family, is get a scateboard or rollerscates and hop your kids on there bikes and take her for a good run at least twice a week, you will notice a difference immediatly. Also try blowing bubbles for her, most pitties go MAD for bubbles, it is great fun for you all and it gets rid of her energy. Just be carefull if you have small kids that they don't get in her way as they get quite excited with bubbles and will jump all over the place trying to catch them. These are just a few things I have learnt over time to get rid of built up energy. And my family loves it, my hubby takes his scateboard and my son his plastic bike and they go run, and we all enjoy it so much. Hope that helps.

Biting

 Princess Sasha.She stop bitting now that she gave birth.Before that i took her out for a walk almost every day when we got home because the family also likes it.She has got toys to play with.When we get home frome work she comes into the house,then she is waiting in the kitchen wile we r bussy making the food.Whe we r done we take her for a looong walk.My son plays with her allot.

Will see if she starts biting after the pups r gone.But thanx for the advice

giving her everything she needs

hi, does your pit have any toys she can play with? does she get enough attention? there is alot of reasons why she is doing what she's doing. my pit does not bite anything in yard, my house pipe is lying in the yard on the ground 24/7. just ask yourself why is she doing that there must be a reason?
