HELP PLEASE

Hi there everyone.

I need a little help. I adopted an amazing pitt bull female from someone that advartised her on this site, she is an amazing dog and we feel very blessed to have her as a part of our family. When we got her the previous owner gave us all the docs that he had of her, which includes an CBA registration certificate. Now I am not entirely sure what this doc is but is has a reg number and everything on it, now as far as I could understand he said that she was never registered but I assume the litter was or something. I would however really like to know where this special little girl comes from(and she really is a very tiny pit bull), so if anyone can assist me in finding out where her dog family is from and if I can register her with the docs I have I would really appreciate it tons. I would just really like to know where she comes from and I would abviously like to register her with the NDBC but not sure if I can with the info I have.
