HELP TO FIND MY STOLEN HUSKY

Hi All, I am researching all options available to me to try and get my husky puppy who was fraudulantly claimed from the SPCA by a lady. The SPCA released my husky to this lady becuase she was a homopath doctor, so they felt that beacuse of this she is very much the owner. This lady provided the SPCA with no documentation or photos of my dog and they released him to her. They are now not taking responsiblilty for getting my dog back and it is now two months with no help from the SPCA and police. This lady has my dog and from the information I gathered is that she is a illegal breeder and they keep dogs in cages treating them like they are nothing. They are injecting them with hormone drugs just for them to mate. This is their way of operating a business and making an income. This really frustrates me because no one wants to help, the Spca are to blame but they are stating that they cant do anything. I dont know what to do becuae if we take things into our own hands then we become the criminal, therefor i am pleading to everyone to please help me and bring these criminals to book. Animals dont need suffer for people who abuse them to generate an income. If anyone can help me, please contact me on the details below.
